Frequently Asked Questions

No! Dogs do not have to be dog friendly to attend daycare or to stay with us for boarding! Your dog will just need to be people friendly towards our staff!

No! We do not require dogs to be fixed/neutered your dog will not be socialize with other unfixed dogs even if dog friendly! Although we do not take female dogs in heat as it will disrupt our other doggy guest

We are not a 24 hour facility! We do allow our staff to leave for lunch during our afternoon closure hours and after our office closes at 7pm. Although we are not 24 hour we have cameras throughout our facility that we can check directly which Detects pets, people, and any smoke or C02 alarms in the event of fire and will alert us directly and immediately, we also have temprature sensors that will notify us immediately of any sudden change to temperature in the kennel room to ensure it does not get to cold or to hot for our guest! 

We require up to date proof of vaccination records for rabies, distemper/parvo (DHPP),and bordatella for both daycare and boarding! This is to prevent many different sicknesses that can be spread amongst dogs in environments such as boarding facilities!

We do not have any breed restrictions as long as the dogs are people friendly they are welcome at Muddy Paws Pet Resort!

We do try and socialize the dogs as we have time and ONLY if there are other dogs around same size and temperament. Since we allow non dog friendly dogs at our facility we do not always have another play mate staying with us to pair up with your dog friendly dog!

We try and keep a constant cycle of the dogs going outside to our outdoor play yard every hour! As we are usually very busy it does depend on how many dogs are staying with us as it takes longer to get them all cycled we aim every 1-2 hours!

We do return calls when we get a chance for a quicker response you can send us a email of a Facebook message on our social media pages!
